1-1 Personal training
The Personal Training sessions are where you and I can spend 45-60 minutes on a 1-2-1 basis working hard to achieve your set goals.
These sessions will give you extra support and motivation to get you through the workout. I will take you over a custom training plan giving you detailed demonstrations for each exercise.
We will start with a free consultation, where we'll talk about your goals, difficulties, likes, and dislikes, and finally do a quick form assessment to see where we can start with the programme.
I am based out of PureGym in Sevenoaks but I do offer Box Fit sessions outside the gym.
